Up=Service will 'failover'. It will be on the air.
Unaffected=Service has nothing to do with the host in question. It will be on the air.
Down=Service can not 'failover'. It will be off the air.
Delayed=Temporarily unavailable. The nature of the service implies it is resilient to the type of outage.
