Notes

• ISO9660 or any of its extensions can't seem to handle some UNIX file names (two dots, commas, too long?)
• Standard ISO9660 only handles directories 8 deep.
• In Easy-CD-Writer you need to select the long file name option before adding anything to the layout.
• there is some conversion of filenames to uppercase, but this appears OK.
